The crap they're peddling at the farmers market is nonsense, and the guy working the Booth can't even hand out correct orders. First purchase was OK but really heavy and the cooking instructions were absolutely terrible. Second time around I didn't even get what I paid for and was handed something completely different before noticing when I got home. Their spaghetti stuck together horribly, and this was average at best. I want my money back, and no one is even responding to their Instagram.

Huge ravioli with large pieces of meat inside. Absolutely delicious fresh pasta. I will never go back to dry pasta.
