They are the worst property managers I have ever met and so are Elmore property managers wish there was better property managers in mountain home to run these guys out.
Rented a place from them more than 5 years ago, it was habitable after the 3rd day when someone finally came out and got the heat working in October when we moved in, the house was dirty and the carpets were old and needed replacing but it was a roof. After leaving in a year when our lease was up they decided to try and bill us to fix all the stuff that had been broken for years before hand.
