Fogelman Properties has just taken over the management of Mason Stuart in Florida. So far, we have had to pay rent by cashier's check-an inconvenience at best and an expense at worst and they are refusing to accept proof of insurance that was purchased in June to renew my lease. They call themselves luxury property managers, but they do not act as if we are valued residents.
