We had a group come in. They gave half of our group their orders and allowed them to finish and leave while the other half of same group was waiting on food. Severed an entire other party of 10 while our party was waiting on the other half.
This review is not a reflection on the staff we interacted with, but in my opinion, this experience is a direct reflection of management/ownership We came to watch the Chelsea-Arsenal match today and grabbed a seat at the bar on the rooftop. For the entire rooftop area, the was only 1 bartender staffed upstairs taking drink/food orders. Andrea was a great bartender. Very fun to talk to and great service and provided good insight on the menu.
Shout out to Andrea! She’s a gem and thank you for making our friend’s birthday extra special! We loved the space by the bar and on the rooftop! We will be back.
