I purchased carpet last week and it was installed today and I absolutely LOVE it. Joe is so good at explaining the different types or flooring I explained I have fur babies that have accidents sometimes and he got me a great pet protected type carpet!! Smooth process from picking it out till install date! Installers knew what they were doing and very professional!! Thank you soooo much for my new carpet!!’ I highly recommend this company!

Ordered my new carpet through Fogelsonger’s, and love it. Carpet initially came in and the installers found a flaw in the run of the carpet while laying the first room. Without any problem, they took it back up and the entire order back to the store for a return to the manufacturer. Being a holiday week I followed up with Joe a week later. Was told he was still awaiting word on a ship date. To my surprise I received a call two days later that my replacement was in the shop and they were looking over it.
