Joe is so good at explaining the different types or flooring I explained I have fur babies that have accidents sometimes and he got me a great pet protected type carpet!! RecommendedOrdered my new carpet through Fogelsonger’s, and love it. Carpet initially came in and the installers found a flaw in the run of the carpet while laying the first room. Without any problem, they took it back up and the entire order back to the store for a return to the manufacturer. Being a holiday week I followed up with Joe a week later.
