I'm writing this review in hopes it helps someone else who is going through something similar to my situation. I bought a new build home in March of 2023. Once the summer heat started we noticed our air unit just couldn't keep up. We would see temps as high as 77° on our thermostat upstairs. I was shocked considering this is a new build.
