UPDATE! Ken (regional op manager) reached out shortly after I posted this review and we're currently working on getting things fixed! Will update with a new review after it's all fixed. AJ was AMAZING! Very respectful, helpful and informative. The regional operations manager however (don't have a name) was HORRIBLE! AJ came to a warranty call for Lennar.
