Moved into a new home a month ago. Fogel had installed the Carrier AC/Heat unit. Unit failed , Fogel sent out a tech on 09/26, he said that a valve had failed and that he would order a part. I waited until the end of the next day to check the status. I was told the part came in, the repair would take four hours and the soonest that they could come out was 10/2. So we are having to "live" in 85 degree heat for six days. In this day and time, it's unacceptable.
