Joe was thorough, professional and on time . He checked out our A/C and made the appropriate repairs. Out A/C is running great now,
We bought a new Ryan homes townhouse. Fogel did the work and there is issues. Ryan homes canceled warranty for no good reason. Fogel says they won't come unless they get paid and to call Ryan homes warranty or their not coming. I explained the unit is leaking air in the attic and not working right. The call center sounds more like wanna be attorney girl that ended up hanging up who explained the call is being recorded.
