Great Service, technician arrived on time properly identified himself and told me what he was going to do. . After the inspection he offered a few suggestions to improve and protect my system . There was no high pressure sales pitch he just stated what was available to improve my system .
Oh my gosh…. We are out of town and our son and his family were staying at our house for a few days….. this is when we found out that our air conditioning was not functioning properly… called Fogel and they sent Nicholas Goodyear, our son told us he never gave up and hunted for the leaks. Nicholas was so efficient and hard working…. Thank you… hopefully we can get this accomplished soon!
I'm writing this review in hopes it helps someone else who is going through something similar to my situation. I bought a new build home in March of 2023. Once the summer heat started we noticed our air unit just couldn't keep up. We would see temps as high as 77° on our thermostat upstairs. I was shocked considering this is a new build. Ive lived in Nevada in the desert and in old homes and have never had an issue with my unit not staying within a couple of degrees in the summer.
