Our experience at this family clinic was extremely disappointing. We were waiting outside the clinic door for quite some time, and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us. Despite trying to call the clinic multiple times, she didn’t answer the phone—and there was no call back either. When we finally managed to speak with her, her attitude was rude and dismissive. Where do I begin? Went for a regular checkup consultation to see Lady Dr, Absolutely horrible experienced I ever had, we were new Brampton and we went to check it out this clinic first and last we will never ever go to this clinic for lack of patient care and respect. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been going as a kid with my family and I always had the ick towards this place. The receptionist is very rude. Recently I decided to try my luck again after many years since they are my family doctor. When I went to the receptionist she spoke very rudely and told me to go sit down though I was simply asking her to store some vaccines in the fridge as they need to be in cool temperature.
