The communication and attitude at this facility are the worst I have encountered. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional and made an already stressful visit much worse. There are plenty of other clinics in the area—I suggest going elsewhere.
Our experience at this family clinic was extremely disappointing. We were waiting outside the clinic door for quite some time, and the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge us. Despite trying to call the clinic multiple times, she didn’t answer the phone—and there was no call back either. When we finally managed to speak with her, her attitude was rude and dismissive.
