FOE CrossFit feels welcoming to everyone and is super convenient location-wise. The equipment and space are excellent, making it a great spot to work out.

This is my first experience with a gym of any kind let alone Crossfit, let me tell you something if you are on the fence about getting into any kind of exercise or Crossfit in particular you need to try Finish on empty. The people and instructors make this place feel more like a family then a bunch or random people just working out.
