Great gym to be apart of. I enjoy coming here as much as I can.
This is my first experience with a gym of any kind let alone Crossfit, let me tell you something if you are on the fence about getting into any kind of exercise or Crossfit in particular you need to try Finish on empty. The people and instructors make this place feel more like a family then a bunch or random people just working out. FOE CrossFit is awesome, you have different class options to fit your schedule. Its a positive and encouraging environment, which makes it that much better. All the trainers are knowledgeable and work with you every step of the way. You get to meet new people, make new friends, and encourage those around you just as much as they are encouraging you. Awesome group of people.
The group classes are great! The coaches make sure to modify but also challenge you with the workouts! Everyone is so positive!
