Very nice inside and clean. Good parking and located close to the interstate.
Shannon and Focus Upstate are top-notch! The space is so clean and inviting. There are different sized rooms for different events. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend for any fitness classes, CEUs, personal events, and almost anything that you may need.
I have had the best experience with Focus.Upstate. Even though I just found out about them. They, (Shannon Ford) has exceeded my expectations. As a small business owner, Focus.Upstate gives me a chance to meet with old and new customers that love my product at the monthly pop up markets. Dria's Southern Cakes is forever grateful to them for providing this service.
I hosted an event here earlier this year and absolutely could not have done it without the support of the owner. She created the flyers, helped with promotions, and even assisted with ticket sales. I'm in the process of planning more events for this year and will host them all at focus.upstate. The space is perfect.
Not enough postive words to say about focus.upstate and the owner! A great fitness center to offer various classes and events! Definitely recommend!
