Disgusted! It is a walk-in clinic, but you can only walk in at 8 am. Otherwise, you will have to wait for another week to walk-in.
Best walk in clinic I've ever been too. And I've been to a LOT. First time I can confidently say the receptionist / front end staff are wonderful and kind people which I'd say is rare to find at a doctor's office. They answer their phones, are polite, and actually make booking an appointment easy whether thats for walk ins or to see your family doctor. After leaving a review about my experience (below)—without naming any specific individuals—I received a letter from the doctor stating that they were terminating services to me. Booked an appointment through phone call the morning of, luckily they had a cancellation and squeezed me in 30 mins after I called. Reception was very kind and efficient , I felt very cared for! I got in right in time. Dr. RJ was very detail oriented and explained my condition / everything thoroughly and covered all my options. Overall really great experience. Additional points for the facility/ treatment rooms were very clean. Bonus points for everyone being soft spoken and caring.
I appreciate the time taken for my appointment, but I left feeling discouraged. My migraines have been affecting my daily life and work, and I was hoping for immediate support. However, I was only offered stronger medication, which I had already mentioned I don’t tolerate well, and a referral with no clear timeline. Unfortunately I felt like my concerns were dismissed.
