I had a great experience with Focused Property Management. Forrest was always kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude whenever we needed to connect. He was responsive to maintenance requests and made sure things were taken care of properly. What really stood out was how fair and transparent he was—we got almost our full security deposit back, which is rare these days! If you're looking for a property manager who actually cares about his tenants, I'd highly recommend Forrest and his team.

I have been leasing with Forrest for two years now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is a true professional—always prompt, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to repairs and services. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the resident experience, but Forrest consistently goes above and beyond. Highly recommend working with him!

I had a great experience with FPM. Forrest was our main point of contact and we felt very well respected by him before, during and after our lease. Forrest gave us space, was always available when we needed him, and treated us fairly during check out. After three years of living in our house, it's hard to imagine a better management service. Very happy with our time with FPM. Thank you Forrest!!

We've had a great experience renting from Forrest with Focused Property Management. The entire process—from the initial tour to signing the lease—was smooth and transparent. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their tenants. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently, often within the same day or next day. The property itself was well-maintained, quiet, and in a convenient location. It’s clear that the company takes pride in keeping the community clean... read more

Forrest has the best property management service in town. Being a chronic renter in the Denver Metro area for over 5 years, and moving almost annually, I can attest to the care Forrest puts into his business. He was always timely, responsive, and went above and beyond. If you need someone to manage your property, hire Forrest! If you are a tenant looking for a space to rent, Forrest is the best property manager you'll come across.
