Forrest balances the real estate market, landlord and tenant needs and legal requirements. He has managed rentals for us for three years; has had very fast turn-around time, resulting in minimal vacancies. He has always tries to identify and fix problems for no charge before calling outside vendors, keeping expenses as low as possible.
