Renting with FPM was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a tenant. Forrest is very knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Move in and move out processes were clear and smooth. Once the initial property updates were complete, Forrest typically had any maintenance requests resolved within a week - sometimes next day. He was also good with our dogs whenever he was on site. Forrest and FocusPM have taken great care of our rental. We’ve moved out of the area and appreciate the responsible and responsive manner in which he has managed our unit in Denver.
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a tenant in of these properties. The rental cost has remained reasonable and Forrest has been informative, communicative, and helpful since I first applied for the space. The few repairs that have been needed since moving in were promptly addressed and he also sends out helpful seasonal reminders to maintain the integrity of the property. I hope to continue to work with him as a tenant in the coming years!
