I had a great experience with Focused Property Management. Forrest was always kind, professional, and had such a positive attitude whenever we needed to connect. He was responsive to maintenance requests and made sure things were taken care of properly. What really stood out was how fair and transparent he was—we got almost our full security deposit back, which is rare these days! Forrest balances the real estate market, landlord and tenant needs and legal requirements. He has managed rentals for us for three years; has had very fast turn-around time, resulting in minimal vacancies. He has always tries to identify and fix problems for no charge before calling outside vendors, keeping expenses as low as possible.
Forrest has the best property management service in town. Being a chronic renter in the Denver Metro area for over 5 years, and moving almost annually, I can attest to the care Forrest puts into his business. He was always timely, responsive, and went above and beyond. If you need someone to manage your property, hire Forrest!
