I started FIT classes over the summer and my only regret is I wish I'd done it sooner! I attend 3 classes a week and am more physically fit and toned than I've ever been. Mike is amazingly knowledgeable about leading a FIT lifestyle and tailors exercises to your needs. His energy is contagious and pushes you to do your best in every class. I absolutely love Focused Integrated Training with Mike Coleman and team! For about 8 months my workout routine was almost non-existent. I didn't make time to go to the gym or even run around the neighborhood. When I started shaking while walking down the stairs, I knew I had to make a major lifestyle change.
