They are very helpful and professional they stand on business
I had to write a review. This place was very efficient and convenient. I was able to do the initial tests online and then I was setup immediately with an appointment. I met with a PA and the doctor. They have an app that allows you to speak with a coordinator. Madi was absolutely wonderful as the coordinator. She answers immediately in the app. I needed paperwork signed by the doctor and she was able to get it done within hours. I did not have insurance but their rates made it affordable. I am so glad I found Focused Adult (previously Lonestar ADHD I believe?) and I wish I had addressed my ADHD a bit sooner into adulthood, but better late than never. I used Focused Adult for a couple of years now and am only stopping service because I moved out of state. There are several online ADHD providers, such as "DoneFirst" and a few others, but Focused Adult is far better than the other providers I tried prior. Everyone I've interacted with has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond. I also love that I can correspond via text.
I’ve never shared a bad review of business I’ve never visited before now. I waited and called multiple times to get correct forms sent to me. They did this multiple times. Office in Dallas office kept sending Oklahoma forms. They will not schedule my wife’s appointment with out forms. I’ll go elsewhere if it’s this difficult get just to get scheduled.
