This place unprofessional the staff is very rude. I wouldn't even send my dog there.
Girl that answered the phone very unpleasant, not helpful at all, but it's the new generation. I guess don't know how to talk to real people.
If there were zero Stars I would give Focus Vision no stars at all! First of all I need to be tested to see if my eyes have changed from last year ( no change). The doctor did not mention this to me sent me out to get frames and glasses $150 later come to find out my prescription never changed so I did not need new glasses at all. Decided to keep the glasses I ordered( my fault). Went to the focus Vision in Beaumont because Calimesa had no appointments for me. Asked if they could deliver my glasses to Calimesa when they got ... read more
