Shelly is amazing and the people are so kind there!
Shelly has been an immense assistance with getting me and my children checked in. She was also well mannered and polite in doing so. Really wasn’t any help that I arrived late to my appointment. But still worked me in and assisted me with exceptional service so far. Haven’t gotten seen yet so once that occurs I’ll have to update my review to 5 star. That’s if they are able to help resolve our issues we are facing with our vision. But so far they’re doing great.
I had a great experience at this optometrist’s office. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made the entire process smooth and were patient in answering my questions. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I have had a very disappointing experience. Communication from the employees has been extremely poor, and when I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, I was told they were “on lunch” and never received a follow-up call. If you are willing to do the work yourself and constantly follow up, you may have a better experience. However, if you are expecting the employees to handle their responsibilities properly and provide good customer service, I would not recommend it.
