I'm rating this place 0! The Dr is great, but it is the people who work there who aren't good or even great, but terrible! Particularly Nallely who is the Director of Patient Care Services. I have been waiting for the past four months to get my prescription, but she can't seem to submit the correct pre auth form required to get the medicine. The entire staff lies and they never call you back when they say they will or to resolve issues. The staff simply care about taking your money and not about getting you proper eye care. ... read more
