they said I was high risk for glaucoma and had me coming back every 3 to 4 month for testing. when they found out my insurance was not covering it, they stopped-rightfully. I ended up going to go to a different Dr cause I always had problems there. they said there are no indicators for the glaucoma, and that several focus vision clients that had went to their practice said they did that to them. i also had an appt to a optomologist who confirmed that everything about my eyes were perfect. never again will i go there, they wi... read more
Horrible experience - one of the worst ever! Avoid this place at all cost.
I have been waiting for a month now for them to redo my new glasses they keep telling me they're coming ....they have been paid but I have no product the sad thing about all of this is that they did this to me two years ago you would have thought I would have learned my lesson .I will tell anybody who will listen ...never-never never go to this Focus vision they are unprofessional in every way
I sat in the back room for what seemed to be a very long time, but the doctor I saw was very good. And the lady who helped me get my glasses was good as well. However I'm having a real issue getting the prescription called in to Kaiser it's been 4 days now and I still haven't got it called in. I am reconsidering going back at all. I will make one more attempt tomorrow to call and try to resolve this issue and then I'm just done. I'm going back to Kaiser.
