I’ve been trying to schedule a new patient family therapy appointment for a week, was told someone would call me back. No one has. Apparently only one person that works there is able to schedule an appointment which makes no sense. Poor customer service, poor workflow, and poor operating procedures. Will look else where.

don’t come here. they cancel your appt without giving you any type of notice… very unprofessional, do better. no call. no email of saying why, just straight cancel.
Could not be happier with the staff at the focus clinic! From the receptionist, Holly, to the PA Micah, and the tech that worked with my son…everyone is so kind and helpful and they truly make you feel at home. I cannot say thank you enough for your help and support and for making this mom feel like she is finally getting some answers and assistance! I will recommend the Focus Clinic to everyone I know that may be struggling with adhd or behavioral issues.
