DO NOT RENT FROM HERE i lived in one of their properties in wolfforth with my husband and my infant it was not a safe place to live for my 4 month old or me being a stay at home mother first thing we had to deal with when we moved in was them trying to charge me for plumbing issues that we didn’t cause when we had lived there for 1 week. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! disgusting property, and they don’t take care of there tenants at all. Not a safe place to rent if you have children or value your own safety and health.
We moved out because FOCL is so bad about how they conduct business. They NEVER answer their phone. It takes them forever to get back with you about anything, but they will bug you about rent 3 days BEFORE it is due! The office lady is extremely rude, and Garrett will not complete your maintenance request, everything is your responsibility to fix. These people are terrible. Literally cannot say enough bad things about these people. The day we moved into our rental it was DISGUSTING. had to call a few times for them to send someone to clean (who did the showers with hair still in it, blinds, and quickly did baseboards). We scrubbed the walls and steam cleaned our own carpets. So it's time for us to leave (never mind they tried to get us out early so someone else could move in May 1st) and they charge us $500+ for cleaning (taken out of security deposit) when the house was left in WAY better shap... read more
