the employees were very nice and worked hard to accommodate for my specific needs
my experience renting through them was horrible. our home was INFESTED with mice for YEARS. they sent someone to lay traps a week before we moved. they are beyond unprofessional and money hungry. i grew up in that home 10 years yall completely ruined every good memory that home held.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE i lived in one of their properties in wolfforth with my husband and my infant it was not a safe place to live for my 4 month old or me being a stay at home mother first thing we had to deal with when we moved in was them trying to charge me for plumbing issues that we didn’t cause when we had lived there for 1 week. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! disgusting property, and they don’t take care of there tenants at all. Not a safe place to rent if you have children or value your own safety and health.
We moved out because FOCL is so bad about how they conduct business. They NEVER answer their phone. It takes them forever to get back with you about anything, but they will bug you about rent 3 days BEFORE it is due! The office lady is extremely rude, and Garrett will not complete your maintenance request, everything is your responsibility to fix. These people are terrible.
