This company has show poor if not negligent money management, as well as a blatant disregard for the property value itself. The company has no regard for neighborhood or community. On my occasion the situation involved an ex convict stalking me. This company has repeatedly stated their dis-regard for my situation. The ex-con is living next door to a home day care. The rep had very poor communication skills and was absolutely rude. Plain and simple, if you value your property this is not the company for you.
