Zero integrity. They promise to provide a text for a self-view and then when they hear you have a housing voucher, they ghost you. Based on other reviews here, my advice is to avoid at all costs. How they treat people BEFORE renting is going to be even worse once they get your money.
Place is a joke. Came to our apts talking about where we park our cars and then don’t do anything. Just a joke.
My property manager, Mike, was amazing! So easy to deal with and his inspections were thorough and speedy.
I would have given zero star to this review if I could. It was the worst rental experience me and my family have ever encountered. Firstly, the new property owner requested to vacate (claiming to remodel the property) on short notice was unexpected and caused us significant stress and inconvenience.
