worst management ever they just bought our building in Long Beach forced me not to park in my spot in the alley and company sends this guy down thats supposedly maintenance to come and spy and tow my car away also he parks back there when he is here which is not fair but tradh is full and the alley and laundry room is a big mess. worst company ever and do not rent from these people
Zero integrity. They promise to provide a text for a self-view and then when they hear you have a housing voucher, they ghost you. Based on other reviews here, my advice is to avoid at all costs. How they treat people BEFORE renting is going to be even worse once they get your money.
Place is a joke. Came to our apts talking about where we park our cars and then don’t do anything. Just a joke.
My property manager, Mike, was amazing! So easy to deal with and his inspections were thorough and speedy.
