I have nothing but positive things to say about Neil and the folks at Focus Pest Control. We had a yellow jacket nest in an exterior vent and they took care of it immediately, with great communication through the process. We highly recommend them!!
Neil called me first thing in the morning after I emailed late the night before. He showed up on time, was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation. He immediately went to work and took care of the yellow jacket issue. He noted another area that had them and took care of it while he was here. Highly recommend!!!
I would give Neil so many more stars if possible. He is so knowledgeable at his job and makes us feel comfortable with what he is doing by his thorough explanations, and then tips in further prevention once the infestation is resolved. This past fall our issue were German Roaches, we felt like we were at a loss, but then after Neil helped us they disappeared and haven't seen them since. Last year we were having a bad deer tick problem. I originally scheduled w/ one of the other companies. But after talking with Neil & his treatment plan I felt it was a better solution to the problem. After his services, I didn’t find another tick. Luckily all tested ticks were negative for lymes & other diseases. We will be treating early in the season to avoid risking any more scares or feeling unsafe in our own yard. Great customer service.
