If you need help to choose a pair of glasses you need to go see Kimberley. Not only was she able to let me know what glasses would suit my face shape she also explained why some glasses were not right for me. Her customer service was exceptional and we had some great laughs along the way. She helped me pick out some great glasses and was so patient with me. I can't thank Kimberley enough for the help she gave me 🤓
Joy English is an excellent professional and clinician. Her staff are very skilled and helpful to all our family who have either had their eyes checked or wear glasses. The staff and very patient.

Our 8 y/o daughter, Grace, had a metal fleck in her eye and was terrified by the idea of having it removed. Joy and her team were indescribably AMAZING in how gentle, supportive, and skilled they were in making my daughter feel safe and brave enough to have the object removed. Grace wants to say that she loves them “for how lovely they are”. Grace wants to give you 5 stars : ) I want to give Joy and her team 10 stars : )
