Doctor and staff were stellar. Treatment for dry eyes recommended was the best I have come across! Definitely will recommended Focus Optometry to others!
Focus Optometry is the best!
I took my 4-year-old son to Dr. Paul Draayer for a bump on his eye. While the staff was helpful and kind, Dr. Draayer was cold, dismissive, and lacked basic bedside manner. He made no effort to explain what he was doing to my son, who was visibly distressed. Instead of offering reassurance, he impatiently pulled at my son’s eye and never explained the diagnosis or exam results, which he didn’t perform himself.
