I had an awesome experience at focus optometry. Doctor Singh was really nice and was also able to educate me on my own eye health which I appreciated. Also, I forget her name, but the girl that helped me at the front was extremely nice. Her customer service was 10/10, as soon as I walked through the door, she was able to help me find a glasses style and was even able to put a rush on my glasses order within three days because I had broken my old glasses so I really appreciated that . I will definitely be coming back here☺️☺️
My visit with them today was great! Dr.Singh was easy to talk to and very comforting. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses, went above and beyond to help me out including a follow up phone call with info that I benefitted from. I definitely won't be going anywhere else for my eye needs
Purchased a pair of glasses, could not see properly thru the lenses. They tried to make new lenses, still same issue, they use cheap lenses. Went their 4 times to get this fixed . Don't waste your money.
I love this place. I get all my reading glasses and sunglasses here. They are very friendly and accommodating. Anter is the best. Thank you!!
