Terrible receptionist (Michelle), can't even verify insurance information
Used to be great with Dr. Huynh, then became basically a glasses store with Dr. Huang. She gave me a prescription by estimate without actual check. That pair of glasses still reminds me of that. I went to another optometrist the next year, and proved the estimate was completely off.
