Absolutely incredible service from the front of the office, seriously. Between managing fittings, adjustments, parts of the exam, everyone I have encountered has been kind, professional, and genuinely a joy to talk to and interact with. I wish I had remembered to ask for the name of the gentleman who fixed my glasses after one of my toddlers at work launched them across the room off my face. They were in rough shape and they look as good as new. Thank you so much. As long as I am in the area they have a customer for life.
Very conservative Eyewear, would like to see a little more pizzazz, large frames, chunky etc. Also pricey overall the lenses.
Was walking past and thought to let them know about my glasses that had an arm loose. I didn’t have them with me so Abby told me to come back again and the next day, she remembered me and fixed them right away! Excellent customer service - thanks Aroon and Abby!
