Rod was fantastic. So glad I went to see him today. I had the best and most thorough eye testing experience ever. He answered all my questions and provided many options. I never felt rushed and it felt very customised. Great team (who smell great too) and I can't recommend highly enough. I can't wait to pick up my new glasses and can't recommend highly enough!
I am very happy with the service I receive and cannot fault it at all. I also like to support small businesses rather than 'chain' stores.
The staff were genuinely lovely, and the optometrist was excellent. She clearly knew her stuff and actually took the time to think things through and explain everything properly, rather than just going through the usual checks, giving you the results and sending you on your way. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Rod was great with my elderly mother who has Parkinson's. He was very patient as it can take a little for her to answer sometimes as she needs to process what has been said to her. Explained everything to her clearly . Will definitely be taking her back in the future.
