I unfortunately called the day before my appointment so I felt like I should just go with who they had available. I will give the girl credit for telling me that she could not do the haircut that I wanted, I was happy that she was honest and I tipped her as such. But my question is should I have paid $70 for a trim? And I didn't even get the haircut I wanted. what I wanted was what they call a stack or an inverted bob. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Stephen does a wonderful highlighting and cutting my hair. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
