Purchased a dining table and 5x chairs recently, it arrived, table top was damaged and 5th chair had missing set of bolts plus incorrect footings - called up and was asked to send photos through, luckily received a response 24hrs later, now it's the waiting game to see when a replacement table top and bolts etc will be replaced. Service onsite is not bad, service over the phone is not great.
I went into the store to order a couch (despite reading the reviews) and was told it won’t be ready until mid to late September. I order the natural color delvine couch and it came on time! However it came in the wrong color. Even on the packaging it said natural color on the label but the actual color was Grey. I really don’t understand how this happens but here we are…
Very POOR management and customer service, After multiple check with the store in my order, they still deliver a wrong item within my order. Despite a reported immediately, 10 days after nobody seems to know what is happening, give my an answer or provide a clear solution. The manager answer is "you still have a product", very unprofessional they way they deal with customer issues/ complaints
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! We ordered 2 bedside tables which took 2 months to arrive after being told they’d be ready mid August. In fact they arrived mid September. No one called to tell us they had arrived. It wasn’t until I called they told me they’d been ready for a while. The week before collecting them I had 3 staff members call me multiple days to confirm we were collecting them. I don’t need to be told this 3 times. Dan has been incredible with his help and knowledge. There are so many options and such great pricing for the quality. We cannot wait to receive our new couch and will be coming back to focus when we are ready to buy our new table and chairs
