EVERY employee has been absolutely wonderful, caring, calm, gentle, understanding, and the list goes on for every positive word. We have used them for the last almost 8 years.
I really wish y'all were open on Wednesdays. I hate having to take my kid to an emergency room to be seen for a fever and vomiting. Update(4/12) - I still wish y'all were open on Wednesdays. It seems like my kids always need to be seen on Wednesdays. Update (09/25/2024) - I'm so glad that y'all are open on Wednesdays now, but unfortunately y'all don't accept my children's new health insurance. We will miss y'all!
Krysta, Paige and Nikki are phenomenal! They don't rush you out of the office. They listen to your concerns. Everyone I have referred to them, has LOVED them!
Place has gotten awful. Lady that answered the phone 9/1/23 was so rude! Didn't bother trying to hide the rude once I asked her if they had anything sooner since I really needed something. Also, instead of dealing with the problem, they'll just delete any comments on Facebook that you make about the issue!
