I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. The woman who did my nails, did a great job. I love my nails. My pedicure on the other hand... it could have went better. As I was picking out polish, she tells me no. I was very confused. She insisted on using gel because the polish was old. I told her the polish was what I wanted but she did gel anyway. I have been here about 3 times now. The first time I was here was great! A young man did my nails and they looked fantastic loved loved them. Second time I came an elder lady with glasses did my nails and it was terrible and she didn’t listen to anything I said at all. I had to tell her how to do my nails. Didn’t go back again until today when I needed my toes done and I thought you can’t mess up toes right? Wrong. I came in and the same lady from last time was doing my feet. I have been using this Salon for years. Sometimes they do great, other times not so much. It really depends on who you get. However, after today, I will never return. There is an older lady working there who messes up often, there seems to be a bit of a language barrier so I always let it slide. Today the guest I took ask for nailtips on her large toes & the lady refused to do that saying people who do that get fungus. Really? She's always done that, at this same Salon. Today I had an appointment specifically with Kathy for my nails and I got brushed off so a guy did them he acted like he didn’t want to do them. You get an appointment with a specific person you should get that person.
