It’s hit or miss with who does your nails. I’ve gone consistently for the last year or so. It’s just extremely frustrating when you book an appointment and you don’t make it to the chair until 30+ minutes AFTER your appointment. That’s also been happening pretty consistently lately which prompted me to make this review. My most recent and last interaction with the staff also solidified the reason for me not returning. Been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. The staff is very nice and accommodating! They did great work on regular gel nails and a full set for me in the past.

The lady that did my pedicure was super sweet but when I asked for a design on an ombré nail the guy that was supposed to do it got real rude & told me that it would be an extra 30$ for that because “it’s a lot of work” & then told me that if I got the color I want he would have to do it in Gel. So I paid 60$ on what should’ve been a 40$ service & still didn’t get what I asked for. I never leave reviews but this was just unacceptable. Will NOT be returning.
