Stay away!! I had a 1:00 appointment for a pedicure. I sat for 25 minutes with my feet in water that had gone cold and no start of a pedicure. I dried off my feet to leave. I spoke to the person who checked me in and told him why I was leaving, he said OK and lifted the arm of chair for me to leave. No apology what so ever. I said I don’t understand why I was ignored when I had an appointment and a lady that came in AFTER me was getting a pedicure instead of me. He was silent. I’ve been going to this salon for years, and I absolutely love the owners! They’re always so kind, welcoming, and go out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. Their work is always flawless — truly perfect every time. They also stay on top of the latest nail trends, and when they were out of town once, I tried to find someone else to replicate their work… it was impossible! That’s when I realized they’re truly one of a kind. This salon is my go-to and always will be — I’ve never had a bad experience, only the best!
The work is decent however the most consistent thing about this place is that you’ll wait 30+ minutes from the time your appointment is supposed to start.
My wife and I are new in town but becoming regulars here. I love the designs they give for my wife’s nails
I came in as a walk in around 10:30am. I don't often get my nails done so I'm very unfamiliar with the process. A gentleman immediately started on my nails and was so kind and the other employees were very kind and talkative with their clients. I Will definitely be back.
