Been here a few times now and have always had a great experience. The staff is very nice and accommodating! They did great work on regular gel nails and a full set for me in the past.
The lady that did my pedicure was super sweet but when I asked for a design on an ombré nail the guy that was supposed to do it got real rude & told me that it would be an extra 30$ for that because “it’s a lot of work” & then told me that if I got the color I want he would have to do it in Gel. So I paid 60$ on what should’ve been a 40$ service & still didn’t get what I asked for. I never leave reviews but this was just unacceptable. Will NOT be returning.
The customer service was OUTSTANDING. I came in & got a pedicure. No waiting at all. But this was NOT the best pedicure I've ever had. The five stars were for the customer service. I will not be back.
