I've been coming here pretty much every month for 3 years. Over this time, I've seen the owners repeatedly being rude to customers, including screaming at customers and chasing them out of the store. Today was the final straw. I was served by the female owner with the blonde hair. She's the one most people are referring to in the bad reviews of this place. Beware!! It is a sausage factory here - they tried to “pick off” my acrylic nails in order to “save time”. I have severe nerve damage on my hand from a terrible accident which causes shooting pains if you do not “soak off” my acrylics like all nail salons do - EXCEPT FOCUS NAILS!!! It’s all about how quickly they can get you in and out. When I explained that I had shooting pains from them using nail extensions to slide and “pick” off my acrylics from my nail bed - I got told to “relax”. I had to show them photos of my old su... read more
