Awful! DONT GO! Tried to charge me extra for shellac when I asked for plain acrylics. I asked for a lilac and the girl picked up normal nail vanish but it was empty then went to grab a ‘shellac’ without telling me it’ll cost extra. Then when i refused to pay the extra cost they made me sit down and take it all off to then ask me to find and grab another nail vanish for them. Worst nail place in all of Sydney. They just lost a regular customer for falsely accusing me of trying to fake a payment despite transferring right in front of their eyes. After 10minutes of the team swarming on me they then confirmed it was paid for and let it slide like it was nothing. Incredibly enraged and will never be coming here again. Not to mention the quality of the service has become one of the worst in the area - no wonder it’s become so empty
They don’t sterilize their instruments and they are very rude.
