nail tech was laughing at my nails, rude to me, and didn't scrub all of my regular polish off and said she couldn't get the rest of it, left nail polish under my nail and said she couldn't fix it. so now i have nail polish around my cuticles thats red and paid $90 for a mani and full set and i even had to ask her to do my mani after she said she gave me a mani with the dremel and was going to make me pay for a “dremel mani”. i dont understand if you dont want to work at a nail salon then dont. so disappointed and upset i can... read more

This is the second time I have felt like I didn't get my money's worth. I paid $45 for a pedicure and thought that I would get a good foot and leg massage since I didn't want my nails painted. I specifically told my person that I had ingrown toe nails and that one of my nails had broke down to the quick. I about came out of the chair when she started digging around in that area.
