I have been going here for a few yrs now and I love the place. Janet Ake is a amazing councelor she works with my whole family and is really caring about her clients. she goes above and beyond for her clients. If there something she cant help with she get the help you are needing fast. Janet Ake is Very AMAZING
Never made it past the call from the counselor that had been assigned. Let me add that the one assigned was not specialized in the issues that were to be addressed. She claimed that she had been trying to reach us, and we wouldn’t answer her calls. WRONG. She was rude when my daughter called to set up an appointment. After discussing we realized that this absolutely was NOT the place for my child. Was not impressed with the owner either. The therapist is amazing, but the front desk lady is always so rude. All the people coming in have mental issues and are seeking help. Teach her how to be respectful or find someone else who knows how to treat people.
