Receptionist extremely rude. Yelling at me over the phone several times . I have been a client of Dr Herman for over 10 years. She is the older lady . Dr Herman I like, but the receptionist has to go.
Dr. Stulberg and her team have cared for the healthcare needs of my husband and me for many years. We feel truly fortunate to have her as our family physician. Over the past decade, she has guided us through several injuries and various new health concerns with compassion and expertise. Dr. Jennifer Stulberg is condescending and arrogant. She doesn’t listen to concerns and brushes off questions with a bad attitude. She mentioned that health care isn’t free and I can't expect to come here and get free healthcare. She suggested that I travel to the unites states to get an X-ray. This person shouldn’t be practicing medicine and is a complete disgrace to the medical profession.
Dr Herman and the staff have always been available, considerate and helpful. Moreover I find them very competent and up-to-date.
