I have had 15 years of excellent service from Focus Medical. The staff are experienced, expert and really helpful. Their laser is incredibly robust, no break downs and parts last longer than any others that I’m acquainted with. I would not use any other brand. Quality all round!

Great people, with great products
John Lee is the CEO of this company. Ive emailed him about 4 times since January 9th with no response. I've also called and left a voicemail with no response. I had specific questions about his softlight equipment but no one will respond. This is bad business. If you have a website with contact info listed, someone should reach back out to those who inquire
Need to do a better job at follow through on making sure repair specs are good before sending products back out. Only reason didn't give 1 star is because CEO it's accessable and actually tries to do right thing.
