I was scheduled for an mri this morning and when i arrived they informed me that they would not see me for 14 days because i had traveled and received my injury in florida ... due to covid. The receptionist was not polite and kept stating its policy. Well your policy is ridiculous. Santa Rosa county (where i stayed on vacation) has 291 cases vs Harris county which has 1254 as of today. Completely wasted my time and taking my buisness elsewhere.
The guy Chris that does the imaging here has the most horrible attitude I’ve ever seen. He talks down to women and makes them feel like they are inferior. He speaks to the women employees this way as well as the patients. I don’t see how someone like this can work in an industry that involves taking care of people. I will never return here and will make sure no one I know ever goes here.
The worse place I have ever been in. People are not friendly at all. If you are having a MRI done they HATE to stop and let you go to the restroom! The tech. was rude! No soap in the men's room which means the employees are not washing their hands. Tables and chairs are not steady and the most uncomfortable to sit in for hours! Surprised that the chair my husband was sitting in didn't collapse. Someone is going to get hurt really bad in those chairs.
