Because they don’t respond for weeks at a time. They don’t do what they say they will do.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. They don’t provide the needed items for my son, I have to find and buy what I need separately because they always send the wrong items, or don’t send them at all. They’re rude when you try to get them to provide the correct things. They don’t make sure they get what they need to file insurance on time. Then try and bill you for their fault. I've been a customer for years. The customer service level fell off a cliff in the last year. If they'd bother to call me back as promised, I might change my recommendation. Not likely. Find other suppliers.
