I feel So many things were missed on this inspection. When I contacted him with the long list within about a week of moving in... he simply said that he's sorry I'm not happy with the inspection and that he's happy to refund my money. Oh my gosh. I put every penny I had into this place based on his inspection. Now he won't respond to me and my emails are bouncing back. I would find someone else with integrity. Tom Palma seems to be lacking it.
