FOCUS HOA Management has done a great job managing our commercial property. FOCUS, specifically Brooke, who is very knowledgeable in her industry, has been under constant attack from one of our unit owners who unfortunately is also a board member who doesn't like a management company getting in his way of pushing through questionable agendas. I am also a board member of the 40 unit condo complex mentioned in a negative and false review. I can assure you that Focus Management is a professional, affordable, knowledgeable and exceptional management company. Our property manager, Brooke Sorter was verbally abused by a board member who I consider to be misogonistic, rude, and mentally unstable. It has rained not even a week and a half ago and I’m slowly getting weeds and I travel out of town quite often with my son being a single mother and I get a violation for weeds. Could This company at least give people a little bit of time. This is absolutely insane when I have neighbors that have trash, dirty tampons, sitting outside their front yard bikes, and beds in their yard. How is this OK
I would not have started at 5 stars, but the responsiveness and willingness to listen certainly helped to settle some concerns and that demonstrates excellent quality. I want to thank Susan at the office in particular for taking time to listen and help with ensuring residents are heard about pertinent issues. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this management company as possible. Heavy handed, rude and unprofessional. We are a property of 40 units and they nickel and dimed us with lawyers fees and reveled in the idea of liening your property. It's been a nightmare, Brooke inpaticular: .to put it kindly was difficult and very rude, and think yelp should give you the options of 0 stars.
