I called the property mgr for Sunrise Canyon regarding a concern with the landscaping company not doing their job. He was very nice, listened to my concern and the next working day, my concern was handled. Thank you so much!
I am also a board member of the 40 unit condo complex mentioned in a negative and false review. I can assure you that Focus Management is a professional, affordable, knowledgeable and exceptional management company. Our property manager, Brooke Sorter was verbally abused by a board member who I consider to be misogonistic, rude, and mentally unstable. FOCUS HOA Management has done a great job managing our commercial property. FOCUS, specifically Brooke, who is very knowledgeable in her industry, has been under constant attack from one of our unit owners who unfortunately is also a board member who doesn't like a management company getting in his way of pushing through questionable agendas. It has rained not even a week and a half ago and I’m slowly getting weeds and I travel out of town quite often with my son being a single mother and I get a violation for weeds. Could This company at least give people a little bit of time. This is absolutely insane when I have neighbors that have trash, dirty tampons, sitting outside their front yard bikes, and beds in their yard. How is this OK
Well our community has been great for years with our old manager. This new one has put pain on the community by having a tow truck come in our community every 30 to 40 minutes each night towing the cars. They told me I should have a smaller vehicle to fit both in my garage. Why do I have to have a smaller vehicle when I have lived her longer than this lady has been in office?
