Our first Board meeting transition and kickoff with Focus was a breeze! After 10 years on the Board with other management companies, this was certainly a great experience with Brooke and Harman. It was friendly, quick, easy, informative, and they were well prepared to answer questions! Horrible HOA that harasses home owners about weeds that do not exist in people's yards. Are unforgiving and love their violation payments. Avoid this company at all costs. Also probably would not work for them... You will get lots of upset residents calling in. Run far far away.
I called the property mgr for Sunrise Canyon regarding a concern with the landscaping company not doing their job. He was very nice, listened to my concern and the next working day, my concern was handled. Thank you so much!
FOCUS HOA Management has done a great job managing our commercial property. FOCUS, specifically Brooke, who is very knowledgeable in her industry, has been under constant attack from one of our unit owners who unfortunately is also a board member who doesn't like a management company getting in his way of pushing through questionable agendas. I am also a board member of the 40 unit condo complex mentioned in a negative and false review. I can assure you that Focus Management is a professional, affordable, knowledgeable and exceptional management company. Our property manager, Brooke Sorter was verbally abused by a board member who I consider to be misogonistic, rude, and mentally unstable.
