FOCUS HOA Management has done a great job managing our commercial property. FOCUS, specifically Brooke, who is very knowledgeable in her industry, has been under constant attack from one of our unit owners who unfortunately is also a board member who doesn't like a management company getting in his way of pushing through questionable agendas. I am also a board member of the 40 unit condo complex mentioned in a negative and false review. I can assure you that Focus Management is a professional, affordable, knowledgeable and exceptional management company. Our property manager, Brooke Sorter was verbally abused by a board member who I consider to be misogonistic, rude, and mentally unstable. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this management company as possible. Heavy handed, rude and unprofessional. We are a property of 40 units and they nickel and dimed us with lawyers fees and reveled in the idea of liening your property. It's been a nightmare, Brooke inpaticular: .to put it kindly was difficult and very rude, and think yelp should give you the options of 0 stars.
Focus HOA's aim is not community, certainly not the people, for they only seek to gain money one way or another. They cause stress and hardship. Your best protection is to start recording EVERYTHING for legal purposes because I am very certain some of the things they say, rules they apply, and the way they conduct your business is illicit. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews here committed by Focus HOA actors. Be sure to look into BBB regarding this company also.
Well our community has been great for years with our old manager. This new one has put pain on the community by having a tow truck come in our community every 30 to 40 minutes each night towing the cars. They told me I should have a smaller vehicle to fit both in my garage. Why do I have to have a smaller vehicle when I have lived her longer than this lady has been in office?
