Wah is very knowledgeable about the various brands and models of hearing aids available and how each might benefit me. She took time to make certain I was happy with every aspect of the hearing aid and with her knowledge and my preferences the most suitable hearing aid was chosen for my hearing loss and life style.
Hoa was very helpful and friendly, provided a thorough examination and good explanation, I didn't feel rushed during the consultation
