Excellent. Kris took great care in selecting appropriate Hearing Aid for me ( product from another audiologist was unsatisfactory ) He then followed up with individual adjustments to ensure I had the best possible Hearing. Very reasonable price structure. Overall, friendly and highly skilled

I enthusiastically recommend Focus Hearing at Crows Nest. The audiologist who attended me , Hoa Tran, was fantastic. She tested my hearing thoroughly, helped me select and fit my hearing aids, set up the app on my phone and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The hearing aids have revolutionised my perception of the world. I love them and hate taking them off even to recharge. My advice is to go to Focus Hearing for a test even if you’re only slightly concerned about your hearing, as I was. They are wonderful!
