I have very good experience with Focus Health Group, appointment on time, informative and very helpful when needed Dr. Geoffrey Law is very knowledgeable, patient and attentive.
I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. As a patient with frequent eye inflammation, I have always gotten seen fast for an eye check and treatment when it happens. Yes the office can be busy sometimes but that's a small price to pay for me to be seen right away, often on the same day I call. Ignore the complaining and negativity, THANK YOU Dr. Law & the rest of the team for always taking great care of me!
The doctors here focus too much on commercial product recommendations instead of medical care. Furthermore, the front desk service was highly unprofessional and grew dismissive once I declined their product offers. Management should focus on improving their actual patient service rather than managing the feedback section
Im going to be very honest about this place for any eye related problem. It is not inclusive at all, plus does not have a good atmosphere as a doctors office. From the moment you walk to see the three possible rooms you need to go into to just register as a patient, you can tell that the staff favours a specific group of individuals. Which is not a pleasant feeling. I asked a good question like "Where is the check in area for patients?" And I was hit with "Its on the signs". All the signs are in Mandarin.
