I was hesitant about joining Focus Health because I wasn’t sure I understood the direct patient care concept, but I am so happy I did! I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to any question or need through secure chat and the response comes directly from Julie or Erin. Dr Kallock and Nurse Practitioner Julie are Fantastic! Caring, Compassionate, Attentive and beyond Knowledgeable. They Both are excellent listeners and ensure follow thru on your medical needs past the visit . If you are looking for a Direct Care Practice Dr Kallock and Focus Health DPC is a great choice.
I had a great experience with Dr. Erin. She's thorough, has excellent bedside manners, and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I also appreciated her willingness to explore treatments outside the box. The process can be a bit slow at times, so being self-motivated and proactive is key. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Erin for her professionalism and approachable attitude.

I would give Dr. Kallock the highest rating possible. She is an outstanding Physician and was mine for almost 10 years until starting Focus Health. She is the perfect Dr to be in DPC because of her love to know her patients and give dedicated care. She listens to you and includes you in your care.
