Dr. Kallock is one of the best doctor's I've ever worked with. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and helps to meet me where I'm at. I greatly appreciate how she explains all of my health options and let's me choose my own health path. I feel confident in my choices and I also have the guidance and expertise of a doctor who I know is truly cares about my health.
She was so helpful. Instead of spe ding the day at urgent care, I was able to call on her. She really made it easy and efficient, even when unfortunate things happen.
I was hesitant about joining Focus Health because I wasn’t sure I understood the direct patient care concept, but I am so happy I did! I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to any question or need through secure chat and the response comes directly from Julie or Erin. Dr Kallock and Nurse Practitioner Julie are Fantastic! Caring, Compassionate, Attentive and beyond Knowledgeable. They Both are excellent listeners and ensure follow thru on your medical needs past the visit . If you are looking for a Direct Care Practice Dr Kallock and Focus Health DPC is a great choice.
I had a great experience with Dr. Erin. She's thorough, has excellent bedside manners, and is very friendly and easy to talk to. I also appreciated her willingness to explore treatments outside the box. The process can be a bit slow at times, so being self-motivated and proactive is key. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Erin for her professionalism and approachable attitude.
