Their receptionist told me i have an appointment and then said no i dont on the day of. They love to waste your time and money.
Our family had a previous good experience with Dr. Neil. However, more recently we went back for some counseling for my young son. We recently started him on some medication and are trying to navigate these new waters. I was disappointed when the practice eagerly charged me a $95 late cancellation fee when I cancelled a Monday afternoon appointment on Friday morning.
