Top notch gym!
Great place to actually reach your goals! This isn’t a spot to just work out and waste time — go to the chain gyms for that. If you want real results, to take it seriously - this is the place. Angela and her team are fantastic!
Focus Fitness is a very clean, well kept boutique gym where everyone is nice and encouraging. I train with the owner Angela who has given me my confidence back to maneuver around in a gym. She pushes me to do things I didn't think I could do! She encourages me to do them even when I whine about it 😂. All the trainers are helpful as well! Give this place a try !
