You can't cancel your membership. I cancelled two times and yet they are still trying to charge my account after 3 months. I'm so glad I contacted my bank to stop all future charges from them. Good luck if you need to cancel!!! Don't let the reviews fool you , that's from when the gym used to be good .gym used to be great now they double charge and have attitudes. I feel bad for the owner he's clearly trying to do what ever he can to keep his business from sinking. Doubt it'll last much longer . Showing all the songs of declining business. Sad. Hope they can turn it around. Also, they're weird about pausing membership even for medical reasons . My gf just had surgery for her cancer and they still gave us a hard time
“This gym is one of the worst. I haven’t been there for about three months, and they know it. Yet, they just charged me for ridiculous things. I asked them to refund my money, and they said no, and even mentioned that they might charge me again. How is this level of unfairness possible ? I really don’t understand their policy. It is awful.
